This series consists of eight simple yet graceful movements designed to enhance health and develop inner strength.The name &#8220;Baduanjin&#8221; reflects the silk-like quality of the movements. Each exercise targets specific areas of the body, helping to regulate Qi and blood, improve organ function, and balance yin and yang.
